Raising funds for SCIF Education Programs takes dedication and commitment by many volunteers, supporters and financial contributors. This year’s luncheon, “All Sights on Education,” was a huge success thanks to those who share a passion for the outdoors and truly care about passing on our hunting heritage. I want to thank Sables donors and volunteers for their continued commitment in making the luncheon a must attend event year after year. All funds raised by Sables go to SCIF Education Programs.
This year’s Dream Hunt auction sale broke records raising $340,000 dedicated exclusively to SCI Foundation Education Programs. Sables thanks Master Guide Keegan McCarthy, owner of Coastal Alaska Adventures and Don Trump Jr. for making this fundraising opportunity possible. In part, funds generated from the sale of the Dream Hunt can help pay educator tuition fees at the American Wilderness Leadership School making it possible for Sables to further the understanding of wildlife management through conservation education.
