The SCIF Bell Family Blue Bag Program, is about just that – Family. Sponsored by Larry Bell, the SCIF Bell Family Blue Bag Program gives back to those in need from our own backyard to all over the world spreading the SCIF Mission of preserving the future of wildlife through conservation, education and hunting and supporting humanitarian efforts.
Inspired by Amy Bell, whose pay it forward spirit lives on, the program is a people for people program. Selfless hunters and non-hunters, willing to travel to places in need, carry essential and life-supporting products. A father’s commitment to his daughter’s legacy has bred this great program, which is a symbol of the long-standing tradition of giving back to communities all over the world, wherever our SCI membership and families travel and hunt.

As you are planning any trips, events or opportunities to give back, we ask that you consider participating in the SCIF Bell Family Blue Bag Program. Here are the request guidelines and please allow 2-4 weeks lead time to receive your supplies:
- Members: Each bag comes with 1 Blue Duffel, 3 Totes, 3 Drawstring Backpacks, 3 Beanies, 1 Soccer Ball and 1 Pump
Families: You can receive 2 bags and double each supply item for members - Chapters (For Banquets): 1 Blue Duffel, 5 Totes, 5 Drawstring Backpacks, 3 Beanies, 1 Soccer Ball, 1 Pump and 25 Brochures
- Chapters (To keep on hand for members taking trips): 5 Blue Duffels, 20 Totes, 20 Drawstring Backpacks, 15 Beanies, 5 Soccer Balls, 5 Pumps and 100 Brochures
While there is no cost to participate in the SCIF Bell Family Blue Bag Program, members are encouraged to consider any small gift to help defray the cost. At the moment, the cost of the bags that reach our participants is just over $100. If you would like to donate, the lockbox information is:

When you do receive your Blue Bag, we encourage you to fill them with clothing, toys, or educational, medical, and other relief supplies. Double the impact by buying the supplies from the community you are distributing them to.
Upon your return from your trip, we ask that you report back, by filling out our request form, submitting high-resolution photos, and including a short story about your Blue Bag experience.
