In November 2021 we lost Scott Chapman after a courageous multi-year battle against cancer. Scott was an extraordinary leader of SCI for many years. His leadership culminated with his election as SCI‘s 39th president, a post he manned through one of SCI‘s most difficult years. 

One of Scott’s wishes was to establish an endowed SCIF Conservation Fund in his name that would support conservation of wildlife in perpetuity. Consistent with Scott’s wishes, we have established the fund for all individuals who desire to make a contribution in memory of Scott and in specific support of conservation of wildlife.

Thank you for honoring the service of Scott Chapman and ensuring the future of wildlife conservation. Scott and his service will be missed, but his legacy will last for many years in the hearts and minds of those who served with him, and forever in this endowed fund in memory of him.
