The event, which featured a wide array of delicious hot appetizers and an open bar, offered the nearly 100 donors in attendance an opportunity to meet new people as well as share their thoughts and feelings with SCI Foundation’s staff, volunteers and leadership.

Krieghoff set up a display of some of their finest world-class firearms including a K-80 shotgun, an Essencia sidelock shotgun, a Classic double rifle and a Semprio in-line repeating rifle. Those in attendance were inspired by the beauty and quality of the offerings. Dieter Krieghoff, who was in attendance, shared his thoughts on each of the firearms with guests and was pleased with the high-level of interest.

SCI Foundation President Warren A. Sackman, III and Dieter Krieghoff announce the winner of the 2019 SCIF Krieghoff K-20 Parcours Sweepstakes.

As sponsor of the event, Krieghoff International generously donated a K20 Parcours 20 ga. shotgun to SCI Foundation in support of its ongoing wildlife conservation and outdoor education programs. The shotgun was given away by sweepstakes drawing on Saturday, January 12, 2019. The shotgun was won by Peggy Lee of Odessa, TX whose son had won a similar drawing the previous year, proving that the sweepstakes, which allows for only 360 entries, continues to provide great odds while supporting important projects.
